The Association needs to conduct it's '5 year fire system inspection' to fulfill obligations to the City of San Francisco. This inspection is broad-based and checks the overall fire control system. Part of this inspection requires in-unit inspections that shouldn't last more than 5 minutes per unit.
This inspection is different from the 'annual inspection' that was attempted to be performed earlier this month. This means that even though the alarm monitoring company may have already toured your unit, the fire system testing company will still need to access your unit.
On January 22, 2016 between the hours 9:00am - 11:00am.
In an effort to make this process easier for those of you who would prefer, you may leave a key to your unit with Angelo (Lead Front Desk Associate) anytime between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
It is imperative that access to your unit be granted to prevent any charges the vendor(s) issue to the Association to bring their team back onsite for those units that access is unavailable.
We will do our best to send out a couple reminders leading up to the 22nd, but please mark your calendars and form a plan to make your unit interior available on February 22, 2016 between 9:00am-11:00am.
Thank you,
